ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.32278 of 2024 dated 29.01.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and this Court while modifying the condition to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32278 of 2024 dated 29.01.2025, directed him to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like sum, out of which, one of the surety shall be blood related surety. He further submitted that the brother of the petitioner is working in Bangalore and he is unwilling to come and stand as surety due to their existing petty issues. Hence, it is difficult for the petitioner to execute blood surety before the trial Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and finding that the reason is justifiable, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in respect of two blood surety. Accordingly, the condition in para No.7(i) is removed and that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur".

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
