The petitioner made a representation on 14.07.2014 to the respondent seeking to set aside the order dated 31.05.2010 in proceedings Na.Ka.S.R.04/2004 Tha.Naa.A(Orama) Sattam XXVI/48 with respect to the Survey No.93/1. As the said representation has not been disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 14.07.2014 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to 3rd parties, if so required.
