This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint against the proposed accused persons on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.06.2016 and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that a case in Cr.No.861 of 2016 has been registered on 10.08.2016 for offences under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, based on the complaint given by the petitioner herein.
