This petition has been listed today at the instance of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Pondicherry under the caption 'for clarification'.

2. Mr.M.V.Ramachandramurthy, Additional Public Prosecutor, Pondicherry would submit that in this matter, the respondent police is from Pondicherry State. Whereas, the name of the Government Advocate has been wrongly entered in the Order dated 13.06.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.7714 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8545 of 2023 and seeks that the orders may be corrected.

3. Hence, the Registry is directed print the name of the correct counsel for the respondent, viz., Mr.M.V.Ramachandramurthy, Additional Public Prosecutor, Pondicherry and issue Orders afresh.
