Contempt Petition No.1612 of 2024 N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.

The petitioner has filed an affidavit before this Court that they will vacate the building on or before 31.07.2024 and it is also averred in the affidavit that they are entitled to refund of interest free deposit made to the tune of Rs.2,25,00,000/-. The affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted if the petitioner vacates the premises, the deposit of Rs.2,25,00,000/- will paid to the petitioner on the date of vacating the premises. His submissions is also recorded.

3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there are 50 employees working with the petitioner and the respondent may consider absorbing the employees of the petitioner for which the Senior Counsel would submit that he cannot give any confirmation in that regard.
