ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the complaint in C.C.No.138 of 2003 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Coimbatore and quash the same as far as the petitioners are concerned.

2. Pending this petition, the petitioner has approached this Court in Crl. O.P. No.27059/18 and 2426/2019, which petitions were disposed of by this Court vide orders dated 22.11.2018 and 6.2.19 directing the court below to complete the trial within a particular time frame. However, the pendency of this petition was not brought to the notice of the court in the above two petitions and the same was suppressed.

3. Since the relief as sought for has already been granted in the above petitions, noted above, nothing further survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
