2021-02-23Honourable Ms Justice R.N.Manjula2 pages

C.M.P.No.12810 of 2019 in S.A.No.303 of 2010 R.N.MANJULA, J.

The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that he has filed steps for the deceased appellant in C.M.P.SR.Nos.43818 to 43820 of 2017 and that those applications have been returned for certain defects to be complied. There is a delay of 216 days in representing the same and hence, this CMP is filed to condone that delay in representation. He further stated that the delay occurred due to the pandemic situation and it is requested that the same may be condoned.

2. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, I feel that this application may be allowed.

3. In the result, the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and the delay is condoned. The Registry is directed to take up the other petitions on file, if otherwise in order.
