This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to give police protection to install ALDS (Auto LPG Dispensing Scheme) Station in the property being the vacant land being Plot No.28-A, bearing Door No.8/23-A, Red Hills Road, (Paper Mills Road), Kolathur, Chennai 600 099.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The petitioner admittedly is not the owner of the property. The owner by name A.Mazood Ahed, has filed a civil suit in O.S.No.4646 of 2014, which is pending on the file of the learned VII Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai. In view of the above, the direction cannot be issued to the police to give protection to the petitioner to install ALDS [Auto LPG Dispensing Scheme] Station. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Accordingly, this petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
