Crl.M.P.No.8111 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.22300 of 2022 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at about 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.3648 of 2023 in Crl.M.P.No.440 of in Crl.M.P.No.18153 of in Crl.O.P.No.22300 of 2022 dated 14.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent reports that till date the petitioner is complying the condition

3. Considering the nature of the offence and the compliance of the bail condition meticulously by the petitioner for the past 8 months, the petition for relaxation is allowed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
