Alleging that Patta No.216 has been wrongly issued in the name of private respondents, the petitioner made a representation on 28.03.2014 to the respondent no.3. The said representation was with respect to the property situated in S.No. 60/4 to an extent of 1.18 acres and S.No. 61/2 to an extent of 3.38 acres situated at Punugandoddi Village, Avalapalli Post, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. Seeking to expedite appropriate orders on the said representation, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 28.03.2014, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to consider and pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as private respondents, if so required.
