ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the investigation in Crime.No.06 of 2014, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has already been completed and the final report has to be filed. However, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

since Special Court for land grabbing cases cannot take cognizance and the final report will be filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent police, to file the final report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, No.6, Salem, and the learned Judicial Magistrate shall proceed further with the case in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
