This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1509 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.25031 of 2019 on 06.02.2020 to report before the Investigating Officer monthly once i.e every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
