Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 18.02.2016 before the Registry seeking to that effect. Learned counsel also made an endorsement in the writ petition.

2.In view of the submission of the letter dated 18.02.2016 to the Registry and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.

3.In the light of the settlement, the petitioner / Management is permitted to withdraw the amount which was deposited before the Labour Court, pursuant to the interim direction given in the writ petition.
