This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1598 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.26095 of 2019 on 18.02.2020 to appear before the respondent police once in a month ie., on 1st of every month at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
