This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against the 4th respondent, who is alleged to be constructing a building for industrial purpose in a residential plot. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Mr.Silambannan, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2nd respondent/Corporation submitted that already 'stop work notice' has been issued on 15.09.2020 to the 4th respondent and steps have been taken to stop the illegal construction. 3.In view of this development, no further orders can be passed in this Writ Petition except directing the 2nd respondent Corporation to proceed further with the action in accordance with law.
