(Order of the court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This court vide order dated 03.09.2024 condoned the delay of 77 days in filing the above A.S.SR.No.48711 of 2024, on condition to pay a cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee on or before 17.09.2024, failing which, the order shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this court.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner has filed C.M.P.No.2211 of 2025 seeking extension of time limit to comply with the condition as imposed by this Court. This Court vide order dated 05.02.2025, granted one week time to comply with the above said condition.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner filed a cost memo in U.S.R.No.4665 dated 07.02.2025, stating that the cost was paid on 07.02.2025, through cash. The acknowledgement for the same was also enclosed therewith.

In view of the fact that the petitioner paid the cost as directed by this Court, delay stands condoned.
