This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.38 of 2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 4.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
