Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to modify one of the condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each like sum either before the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Erode, or before the respondent police within 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of the order to the petitioner shall execute bond for Rs.10,000/- with two cash sureties each like sum by the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.4948/2017 dated 05/04/2017 on the file of this Hon'ble Court.
