ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking for transfer the investigation of the FIR in Crime No.34 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent to some other Police Agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report filed in C.C.No.785 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alanthur.

4. In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal original petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands closed.
