The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8C, 20(b)(ii)(B), 25 & 29(1), 25 of NDPS Act in Crime No.445 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police on receiving a secret information, made an inspection and found the petitioner with possession of prohibited ganja of 3 kilograms. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner was in possession of 3Kgs of prohibited ganja in her house. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the view that this case needs detailed investigation and not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.06.2024 gsk
