ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of condition No.7(c) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8316 of 2026, dated 02.04.2026.

2. On a perusal of the averments made in the affidavit, this Court does not find any justifiable reason to modify the condition imposed. It is a case where the petitioner is alleged to have exploited natural resources and, therefore, this Court finds no merit in the present petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 27-04-2026 Kv
