Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13710 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders, in Crl.O.P.No.13710 of 2020 dated 04.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police Station on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
