ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime No.6 of 2018 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein developed love affair with the defacto complainant and in course of that they alleged to have married by exchanging garlands at a Temple in the year 2012. Pursuant to that, in the year 2014, the petitioner had sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant and thereafter he is refusing to marry the defacto complainant. On enquiry, the defacto complainant came to know that the petitioner herein already married another lady and also living with her. Hence, the defacto complainant has preferred the present complaint against the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the defacto complainant has foisted a false complaint against the petitioner herein. Hence, the learned counsel prays for grant of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that this is the third anticipatory bail petition. The earlier petitions were dismissed in Crl.O.P.Nos.1793 & 17314 of 2019 by order dated 25.01.2019 & 04.07.2019 and there is no change of circumstances in this case. Hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.It is seen that there is no change of circumstances in this case. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Crimnal Original Petition is dismissed.
