[Made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's husband Dayalan before this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband went missing from 05.08.2003 and till date his whereabouts are not known. On these allegations, the petitioner has filed the present petition in the year 2014.

3. It is not the case of the petitioner that her husband is in the illegal custody of respondents. Hence, no writ of habeas corpus can be issued.
