Respondent(s) PRAYER To relax the condition 3 considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.16329 of 24 in Crl.O.P.27690 of 24 dt 02.12.24 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders which was imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.18225 of 24 in Crl.O.P.27690 of 24 dt 20.12.2024 in Cr.No.675 of 2024 pending on the file of the respondent police. ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.16329 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27690 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024, passed by this Court, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 A.M., for a period of two weeks, thereaftr, everyday at 6.30p.m.,until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the above said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16329 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27690 of 2024 dated 02.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
