This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3823 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023, passed by this Court to report before the learned Trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., and also on all hearing dates, without fail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the case has been taken up for trial in S.C.No.21 of 2017 on the file of the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai and the case now stands posted on 16.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3823 of 2023 dated 22.02.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XV Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, on 16.06.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
