This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 48 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police have already filed a closure report on 20.03.2014 as Mistake of Fact before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Coimbatore.
