ORDER
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, I am of the view that there is no contempt petition is maintainable against the respondent at this stage.
Considering the fact, that the writ petition in W.P.No.18179 of 2020 order dated 03.02.2022 is disposed of with the following observations:
"2.It is admitted that the period of lease expired. Therefore, all dues are to be adjudicated and for refund, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a representation and the authorities competent have to verify the dues and accordingly, take all necessary actions to consider the request for refund as expeditiously as possible."
It is open up to the petitioner to file appropriate representation with the authorities for claiming refund. Therefore, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach this Court, in case, there is a fresh violation of the order of this Court dated 03.02.2022 in W.P.No.18179 of 2020. 2/4
