2. In accordance with the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur vide letter dated 20.09.2019 and in continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 13.06.2019 passed in Crl.O.P.No.15030 of 2019, the period to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.99 of 2016, is extended by two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.
