The petitioner made a representation on 04.08.2015 stating that though their vendors have sold the properties, an attempt is being made to sell them to 3rd parties once again. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit filed by the vendors in O.S.No.104 of 2012 has been dismissed by allowing the application in I.A.No.287 of 2013 under Order VII Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code to reject the plaint.

3.Taking into consideration the above said submissions, coupled with the fact that on receipt of representation of the petitioner dated 04.08.2015, the respondent no.1 has directed the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action on the same, a direction is issued to the said authority viz., respondent no.2 to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as to their vendors. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
