Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A4/5417/2014 on the file of the respondent dated 03.09.2015, quash the same and direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the children of the petitioner viz., 1.Minor D.B.Raghavesh and 2.Minor D.B.Srimathi that they belong to Kattynayakan (ST) community based upon the community certificate already issued to their parents i.e. petitioner and her husband.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K.AGNIHOTRI, J.) Challenging the proceedings of the respondent dated 03 September 2015 and for a direction to the respondent to issue community certificates to his children, the petitioner has come up with this writ petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's children were issued with community certificates and the writ petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to the following effect:

"The petitioner's children were issued with community certificate by the RDO, Ranipet, subsequent to the filing of this writ petition. Hence the prayer in the writ petition becomes infructuous."

3.In view of the above, this writ petition shall stand dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CCC) True Copy Sub Assistant Registrar To The Sub Collector, Cheyyar, Tiruvannamalai District.
