ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking for direction to execute the Bailable Warrant issued against the accused person in C.C.No.348 of 2019.

2.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to execute the Bailable Warrant against the accused person within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and produce him before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.
