This petition has been filed to to direct the first respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.906 of 2024 by including the accused by considering petitioner representation dated 15.02.2025.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Criminal Original Petition, directs the first respondent police to conduct further investigation in Crime No.906 of 2024 by considering the representation dated 15.02.2025 made by the petitioner after issuance of notice and giving an opportunity of hearing to her and its outcome shall be informed to the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. .

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
