This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in crime No.679 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent dated 06.08.2012 and to quash the same as against the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) submitted that already investigation was completed and filed final report, which is pending in PRC.No.4 of 2014 for committal. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
