ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.12(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.4639 of 2025, dated 21.03.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. M. NIRMAL KUMAR, J.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.12(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.4639 of 2025, dated 21.03.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, i.e., on second and fourth Monday of every month at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
