Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 02.11.2015 within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the appeal as early as on 02.11.2015 before the 1st respondent, the 1st respondent has not disposed of the same yet.

4. Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that the 1st respondent may be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

directed to dispose of the appeal, in accordance with law, within a time frame.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without going into the merits of the case, I direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's appeal dated 02.11.2015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
