Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First to Sixth Respondents to make arrangement through the Embassy of India, Riyadh at Saudi Arabia to bring the dead body of Petitioner's wife Latha to India who suspiciously died at Saudi Arabia and hand over the dead body to the Petitioner forthwith and further direction to Eleventh Respondent to investigate the crime based on Petitioner's compliant dated 25.05.2019. The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that though the body of the deceased has not yet been handed over to the Petitioner, the Respondents have already made arrangements in this regard as sought in the Writ Petition. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. 2.Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed recording the aforesaid subsequent developments. It is made clear that in the event of the Petitioner requiring any further assistance in the matter, it is open to him to approach the concerned Authority in accordance with law for the same. No costs.
