Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.5174 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11894 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020.

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.5174 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11894 of 2020 dated 01.09.2020 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m untill further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent Police Station on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
