This petition has been filed to quash the impugned public notice issued by the 4th respondent under Section 3E(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956, published in Daily edition The Hindu dated 29.05.2022.

would submit that the petitioner filed two writ petitions (i) challenging the public notice issued under Section 3E(1) of the National Highways Act, 1956, viz., notice published in daily edition of ''The Hindu'' dated 29.06.2022 and (ii) the award passed under Section 3G(3) and (4) of National Highways Act. He fairly submits that in view of the fact that award has been passed which has been challenged in the other writ petition, nothing survives for consideration in this petition and therefore, this petition may be closed.

3. In view of the fair stand taken by the learned counsel, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
