O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 588 of 2017 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, B-4, Sevvapet Police Station,Sevvapet, Tiruvallur District.

2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the 2nd respondent/ defacto complainant have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise.

3. In order to identify themselves, the 2nd petitioner and the 2nd respondent/ defacto complainant and the mother of the 2nd respondent have submitted their photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz.,

1. S.Sundari -636588336933, 2. Narmadha - 585873363746 and 3.M.Saraswathy (mother of the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant) - 329046781325 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.

4. Today, the petitioners as well as the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. The 2nd respondent/defacto complainant and her mother have also filed affidavits dated 08.12.2017 to the effect that they have no objection to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 588 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent.

5. Recording the same, the F.I.R in Crime No. 588 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.

6. The affidavits filed by the 2nd respondent/defacto complainant and her mother dated 08.12.2017 shall form part of the order. 11.12.2017 Index:Yes/No Internet : Yes/No ak To
