Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C. praying to withdraw the case in S.T.C.No.332 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate Court at Hosur and transfer the same to be tried along with S.T.C.No.61 of 2013, which is pending on the file of the Fast Track Judicial Magistrate at Dharmapuri for joint trial.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
