This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10256 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. for a period of four weeks."

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10256 of 2023 dated 05.05.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of four weeks and thereafter, on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
