This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.311 of 2013. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 15.02.2013, no final report is filed till date.

4.In view of the above, the first respondent police is directed to call the parties and enquire as to whether they have compromised the matter and which event the respondent police shall close the First Information Report on the ground of compromise.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
