ORDER

This petition is filed praying to direct the direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that complaint has been given by one Krish Panu against the petitioner and in connection with the complaint, the petitioner was called for enquiry.

4.It is seen from the complaint given by Krish Panu that the allegations disclose only civil transaction. Hence, police should not ask the petitioner to come for enquiry in connection with the complaint given by Krish Panu.

5.Hence, this criminal original petition is allowed and the respondents police are directed not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by one Krish Panu which is civil in nature.
