Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam, to consider the petition to be filed by the petitioner under section 70(2) Cr.P.C. to recall the warrant in C.C.No.154 of 2007 pending on his file.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is willing to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyattam, and file a petition to recall the warrant and the learned Judicial Magistrate may be directed to consider the petition to be filed by the petitioner on the same day without insisting the presence of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.
