O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner and his land for a period of one week for initiating the construction work and take appropriate action, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 02.04.2018.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property having purchased on 06.03.2018 and that one Sengamalai and one Kullamma are causing disturbance to the petitioner in the enjoyment of the said property. Therefore, the petitioner has given a complaint, which has been taken on file as CSR.No.50 of 2018.

3. In the opinion of this Court, police protection cannot be granted in a petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. in a case of this nature. It is open to the petitioner to approach https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
