This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the contempt petition in Cont.P.No.648 of 2021 dated 06.08.2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.The proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 15.04.2023, was placed before this Court. It is seen that the directions issued by this Court has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings was also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the sanction has been given by the 2nd respondent subject to the result of the SLP pending before the Apex Court, the attendant and monetary benefits shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.
