ORDER

When this Criminal Original Petition came up for admission on 05.03.2014, it was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners. It was again listed on 12.03.2014 and the learned counsel for the petitioners once again took adjournment. Thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioners did not take any steps to list the matter and today, there is no representation for the petitioners. It shows that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the matter further. However, this matter is kept pending for the past 5 years and even ordering notice itself is pending. Therefore, keeping this petition alive would not serve any purpose. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
