A.Nos.3269, 3270 & 3271 of 2021 in C.S.N.302 of 2012 A.Nos.3269, 3270 & 3271 of 2021 in C.S.N.302 of 2012 N.SESHASAYEE, J., These applications are filed by the applicant/6th defendant to amend her cause-title as J.Dhanalakshmi, W/o.S.D.Murthy, instead of M.Dhanalakshmi, W/o.Moorthy, in (i) the plaint in C.S.No.302 of 2012, (i) the final decree application filed by the plaintiffs in A.No.3641 of 2018, and (iii) the joint memo of compromise dated 19.02.2021 filed in A.No.3641 of 2021, respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, these applications are allowed.

3.The learned counsel undertakes to carry out necessary amendment right this afternoon (21.09.2021) in the Court.

4. This Court permits the applicant to carry out necessary amendment in these documents and accordingly, his physical presence in the Court today is permitted.

Registry is required to take a call on this matter.
