This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated, 19.02.2019, consequently direct the respondent to accord permission for utilising the land allotted to the petitioner's family for commercial/residential purpose instead of agricultural purpose.

When it is pointed out by this Court that it is not possible to convert the agricultural land into commercial / residential purpose, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
